Prize draw Terms & Conditions
1. Prize draw entry is strictly over 18’s.
2. The promoter is SPAR Ireland.
3. SPAR Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
4. The prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of SPAR Ireland, their immediate families, agents, clients, suppliers, retailers, merchants and associates or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
5. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free.
6. Only one entry per person per day. Multiple entries made by the same person or from the same IP address per day will not be accepted.
7. To enter simply post a screenshot of any running app that shows a run you have done between 18th – 28th February 2025. Share the screenshot to Instagram stories using the #TeamSPAR.
8. The prize draw will begin on February 18th 2025 and will close on February 28th at 9.00am. No Exceptions. SPAR Ireland is responsible for fulfilment of the prize.
9. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferrable.

Please note that we reserve the right to vary the prize in the event of circumstances beyond SPAR Ireland’s control.
11. One winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted directly by SPAR Ireland through Instagram on Friday 28th February.
12. In order to redeem your prize, SPAR Ireland may need to ask for your name, address and contact details. Your details may be used by SPAR Ireland to send to a 3rd party supplier in order for them to contact you for the sole purpose of sending you your prize. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases.
13. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Meta. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
16. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
