Prize draw Terms & Conditions

1. SPAR Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of SPAR Ireland and Britvic Ireland Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free.
4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted.
5. To enter simply tell us the great tasting flavours of Ballygowan Hint of Fruit, in a comment below the competition post on SPAR Irelands Facebook page.
6. Competition goes live on July 8^th 2024 and ends on July 10^th  2024 at 11.59pm. Britvic Ireland Ltd are responsible for fulfillment of the prize.
7. There will be 1 winner only.
8. Prize offered is: 1 x €150 One4All Voucher.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
10. At the end of the competition, 1 winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries on SPAR Irelands Facebook page. The winners will be selected by 2^nd August  2024.
11. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose. The winners contact details will be sent to Britvic Ireland Ltd by SPAR Ireland in order for them to send out your prize. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Facebook/Instagram.
13. All information collected will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.spar.ie/privacy-statement/
14. The winner will be selected at random from the entries in the comments section on the SPAR Ireland Facebook/Instagram pages. The winners will be contacted through Facebook/Instagram.
15. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from the entries.
16. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of these terms & conditions.
18. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, misplaced or damaged entries, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access or for any other reason.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to the winner under these terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
20. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to amend, discontinue, temporarily or permanently withdraw this competition and these terms & conditions, for reasons outside of their control. An updated version of the terms & conditions will be published as soon as possible.
21. The decision of the Promoter will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Entry to the competition will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
23. These terms & conditions are governed by Irish law.
