1. KitKat ® Win a Break On Us –For a chance to Win a €1,000 Flight Voucher Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions 1.
2. Prize draw entry is strictly over 18’s.
3. The promoter is SPAR Ireland, Greenhills Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
4. SPAR Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
5. The prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of SPAR Ireland and Nestlé Ireland, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person from the same IP address will not be accepted.
8. To enter simply tell us where you would make a break for with a €1,000 flight voucher, in the comments below the promotion thread on the SPAR Ireland Facebook page.
9. Prize draw entry will begin at 10:00am on the 31st of March 2025 and will close at 23:59 on 10th April 2025. No Exceptions. Nestlé Ireland is responsible for fulfilment of the prize.
10. One winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries; SPAR Ireland will contact the winners via Facebook.
11. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from approved entries.
12. The Prize is 1 x €1,000 Flight voucher for an Irish flight company of the winners choosing . Entry to the prize draw is free. 1. Once the voucher has been issued and delivered to the winner’s address it is the responsibility of the winner to keep it safe. The Promoter will not issue a replacement voucher. 2. The winner acknowledges that in accepting and using the flight voucher, they are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out here by the supplier of the prize.
13. In the event that the prize listed at clause 11 above is not available or cannot be awarded due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
15. Please allow up to twenty-eight (28) days for delivery of the prize from the date of winner acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.
16. There will be one winner only.
17. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters.

21. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for no other purpose. In order to redeem your prize, SPAR Ireland may need to ask for your name, address and contact details. Your details will be passed by SPAR Ireland to Nestlé Ireland to send to a 3rd party supplier in order for them to contact you for the sole purpose of sending you your prize.

You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
23. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
