Ultimate Exercise Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml protein milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek style 0% yogurt
  • 150g fresh blueberries
  • 150g frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Method

  1. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  2. In a blender, add the protein milk, Greek style yogurt, fresh blueberries, frozen berries, banana chunks, and a handful of spinach.
  3. If using, add the optional scoop of protein powder for added protein content.
  4. Secure the lid on the blender and blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more protein milk to reach your desired consistency.
  6. Once the smoothie is well blended and reaches the desired consistency, pour it into glasses.


This smoothie is a great post-exercise recovery drink due to its protein content and nutrient-rich ingredients.
